Who we are

Formula Holdings is a trade name of DNT Global Inc. "We" means DNT Global Inc doing business as Formula Holdings. "You" means the person or business paying for a service.

What you're buying

Each offer includes exactly what its listing on theformulaholdings.com says on the day you pay, or what your written quote says for a custom order. Monthly volumes (scripts, edited shorts, AI videos) are per billing month and don't roll over unless we agree in writing.

We deliver through your HQ portal at hq.theformulaholdings.com, where you approve or request changes on everything.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars and paid upfront. The Test Run and single services are paid in full before work starts.

Monthly plans: at signing you pay your first month and your last month. After that, you're billed monthly on the same date. If you choose not to prepay the last month, the monthly price is 10% higher.

Setup is $500 on your first single-services order and is included in every plan.

AI video generation credits are billed at cost, with no markup, and itemized on your invoice.

Test Run credit

If you start a monthly plan within 14 days of your Test Run's day-14 check-in, 100% of what you paid for the Test Run is credited to your first month.

Cancelling

Cancel a monthly plan any time with 30 days' notice to team@theformulaholdings.com. Your prepaid last month covers that notice period, so nothing more is charged. If you didn't prepay it, your final monthly payment covers it.

Turnaround and revisions

Edited shorts are delivered within 48 hours of us receiving your footage. If one is late, that video is free (credited on your next invoice).

Each piece includes 2 rounds of revisions. If it's still not right after that, we redo it from scratch.

Results guarantee

On Growth and up: if you post what we deliver, at least 5 videos a week for 60 days in a row, and your average views per video are not higher than in the 60 days before you started, your third month is half price. To claim it, email us your account's view data at the end of month 2.

We don't promise any amount of views, followers, leads or revenue. Results depend on your offer, your market and how consistently you post.

Refunds

Payments aren't refundable once work has started, except as these terms say (the late-video credit, the redo, and the results guarantee). If we can't start your work, we refund you in full.

Your content

Once paid for, the final videos and scripts are yours to post and use however you like. You confirm you have the rights to anything you send us (footage, music, logos, likenesses).

AI videos that show you are made only from reference photos and voice samples you give us for that purpose. We keep them private and delete them when you ask.

We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us not to.
